1999 – One of the USA Coaches for the I.P.F. Junior World Championships, Czechia
2000 – Meet director of the first Louisiana Intercollegiate Powerlifting Association Rookie Meet.

Numerous Louisiana Tech lifters from both the men's and women's teams have achieved All-American, set USA collegiate records, and represented the United States in Junior World Competition in eight different foreign countries.
